Oh, dearest Joss, we miss you so much.
It's hard to believe you are gone. I'm so sorry that you were struggling so very much. I really hope that you have found peace now, and that you can finally rest.
You were the best present buyer you know, always choosing the perfect toys for your niece and nephew. Big red ted has long been a favourite. And bananagrams - that was really fun wasn't it? And your white hat - did you buy it in Venice when we all went for the day? I don't quite remember. But I always picture you in it. And your yellow livestrong wristband. And probably some geeky film t-shirt. Star wars or something!
And Christmas. A lot of the best times were at Christmas. Cosy and full of smiles. Playing board games mostly - Disney Trivial Pursuit and Harry Potter Scene It. Or watching films.
Do you remember when we first met? It was at your Gran's birthday party. I was so nervous meeting you all for the first time - all of Tom's family in one go. I was terrified! But you were so nice to me. And that meant so much.
And you were a good hugger. I liked that.
Sleep now lovely Joss, we love you xxx
P.S. Tom has written a wonderful, sad, happy, heartbreaking, inspiring, helpful, devastating but perfect post on his blog. He really loves you too.
