Remember in my last post I mentioned a great carrot growing experiment?
Well here's the idea...
I made two sheets of paper embedded with carrot seeds at the paper mill last month, and I thought it would be really fun to see if we can grow some carrots with it.
Matilda tried it out this afteroon by taking small squares of the seed paper...
... and planting them in small pots of soil.
And we'd like you to join in too. A little carrot growing experiment as it were!
I'm going to send out squares of the seed paper to anyone who wants to join in and try growing some carrots from paper. But unfortunately I can only send them to UK readers due to customs regulations in sending seeds.
Anyone that can actually grow some carrots from their square of seed paper might win a super special prize.
So leave me a comment or send an email if you want to join in, and let's get the carrot growing underway!
